Life Long Swimming


In November a special “Slow Swimming Course” was organized by FIN Federal Centre Trieste at the Bruno Bianchi Pool. It was developed in collaboration with Lunga Vita Attiva, the Cardio Vascular Centre and LILT (Tumor Italian League)

H2OpenDay at ASA of Malta took was organized pm 7th and 8th October and  was spread over two days. The first day was dedicated to the senior citizens and a total of 40 swimmers attended.

On September 17th, during the European Week of Sport – LEN and FIN organized the Final LIFELONG SWIMMING Meeting in Trieste to celebrate the results of the ERASMUS Plus Project.

Last Saturday 11th of June, more than hundred people over 55 enjoyed the second H2OpenDay in Spain, which was celebrated in the municipal swimming pool Campolongo of Pontevedra.

On May 21st – 23rd 2016 Lifelong Swimming Project was presented at the European Moving Age Conference in Trieste organized by FIN Federal Centre in collaboration with the Region Friuli Venezia Giulia, ISCA (International Sport and Culture Association) and Lunga Vita Attiva.

More than 120 people over 55 years of aged, enjoyed the LIFE LONG SWIMMING Event that aims to promote swimming with seniors in several European countries.
On Saturday morning 2nd April, more than a hundred people over 55 attended the event Life Long Swimming H2OpenDay organized in the municipal swimming pool Parquesol of Valladolid.
